A statement piece on the status of the United States economy. Trickle down depicts the rich toad basking in the upper tier of the fountain while the lower tiers are deprived of their water supply as it’s being funneled into an underground reserve. As if that’s not enough, Mr. Toad slurps any remaining vestiges of water through his straws. Meanwhile a Peter Pan-like Raccoon steals from the Rich reserve to give back to the poor. Original framed 16"x20" acrylic on canvas.
