The Sugar Creek Arts Festival is a juried show of fine art and fine craft featuring 130 exhibitors from across the nation in a variety of disciplines. This outdoor festival is Oct. 9 & 10 in Uptown Normal, Illinois. Sugar Creek will once again be held on the beautiful streets of uptown Normal.
